Our CSA is not for everyone.
It is for those who believe…
It is better to pay the farmer now…
…than to pay the doctor later.
We offer 2 size shares. A small share will contain approximately 5-7# and cost $55 and a large share will be approximately 10-15# and cost $110.
The shares are made up of various cuts of beef, pork, chicken and lamb of our choosing.
Some cuts vary every month, while ground beef is included.

What if I don’t eat a specific type of meat?
If for whatever reason you need something left out, please feel free to ask and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
How much do I pay upfront?
You pay $50 upfront as a down payment.
How long does each CSA membership subscription last?
Each subscription lasts for 6 months.
Where can I pick up my Circle 7 CSA Box?
Kansas City and Overland Park: 4th Wednesday of each month. Orders need to be in by 8:00 pm on Tuesday.
Pick-Up Locations: Jensen Chiropractic
KC Farm School- JCCC
Emporia: 2nd Thursday of each month. Orders need to be in by 8:00 pm on Wednesday.
Pick-Up Locations: The Vault Meat and Cheese
NEW! Wichita: 3rd Wednesday of each month. Orders need to be in by 8:00pm Tuesday.

What is in each share?
There is usually some ground beef and sausage. The rest will vary! We try to have at least 4-5 different items, and it will change every month.
Is a large share just twice as much of the same product as a small share?
No. There will be more variety with a large share. Things like a roast, whole chicken and steak are some products you will find in a large share that usually aren't in the smaller share.
Can I order different sizes?
Yes, each month you can order the size that works best for you.
How exactly does pickup work?
We suggest you bring an insulated bag. If you forget we will have some plastic bags available. Pay for your purchase, we will fill your bag, and you can head home to enjoy your feast!
How do I pay?

Can I order extra?
Yes. We always welcome a la carte orders on top of your regular order.
Is this the only way to access meat from Circle 7?
No. You can pick up by appointment at the farm, or visit us at The Emporia Farmers Market.
